The following error is encountered when running the concurrent program "CSF:Update Debrief Lines":

API Programming Error (Validate_Charge_Details): The value for parameter p_price_list_id cannot be NULL.

The error can also be observed in the debrief form, where the erroring line will display the text
"API PROGRAMMING ERROR"
